Great location. Walkable to Time Square and various forms of public transportation. They sent an email immediately about one of the elevators being out of service for repair. The fridge was large with and little stove top gives you the ability to cook meals for longer stays. Definitely would stay there again.

Great Location, Convenient Stay The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient for getting around. However, the elevator is a bit small, and due to maintenance, there was sometimes a long wait. Aside from that, the breakfast and room service were both great. I would recommend this hotel to first-time visitors to New York!
