"Always looking for a good hotel under $400 in this area. This was the first one Ive found with a very good bed, newer and clean bathroom, and excellent + friendly service. Will definitely return and may make this my go to spot in this area + Central to theater district and times square Good amenities and continental bkfast Mini fridge in room Clean bathrooms, good hot water, fresh towels Very comfortable bed and pillows Would say slightly bigger than most hotels in this price range and...

"Central and conveniently located within quick walking distance to Hell's Kitchen, Broadway theaters, Times Square. Can walk to Hudson River in 15 minutes and Central Parkv within 20. Lots of food options surrounding the area. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've had. Lots of hot and cold food selections. Staff friendly and helpful. "

"The staff were friendly, the room was well decorated and clean, the housekeeping staff were helpful. The location is within walking distance of Broadway shows. The bus terminal was literally right across the street which was very convenient for us coming in from Philly. The hotel was very clean, and staff were attentive and professional. "We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Scherman! Our room was clean and spacious and we appreciated having 2 Queen beds (rare for NYC!). The breakfast was great with good options for everyone in our group. The only downside of the hotel is that there isn’t really a lobby of the hotel, but the staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The location was great, right by Restaurant Row and close to the theatre district and Times Square. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone travelling to NYC! "
