Clean room, comfortable beds, easy access to major NYC landmarks. Only issue was there were only 2 elevators for 30 floor hotel. Staff and guests both had to use them. Being in the 21st floor, we often had to let elevator pass because it was already full. Most times, 12 people (including baggage, vacuums and large strollers) squished into one elevator. Even considering that, we would stay there again.

The elevators are a major issue. Be prepared to wait long periods of time to catch one. And split your party up to get on.

Paid extra for city view, and didnt get one. Outside the hotel was also not safe. Breakfast was gery expensive with not so great options. Spend a lot of money to stay there and definitely not worth it.

This location is a few minutes away from time square and easily accessible to the nearby subway station on 42nd st. It is also next to Angelina bakery and 2 Bros Pizza. It was also super clean and safe

The views from our room were spectacular! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was efficient and very comfortable. This is a NYC problem...but since marijuana is legal there the stench is almost everywhere in the city.
