"Wonderful. 10 of us from our company stayed here for a convention at the Javitz and it is super convenient to walk to/from each day. Most of the front desk staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, particularly Amanda and Terrence. This place is special. It’s not to be confused with a sterile national chain. "Thought it was in a great location walkable distance to pretty much everything midtown. Staff were friendly. Room was clean except the comforter which has blood stains and the towel that was given was full of hair. Got a new towel without any issues. It was a place to stay if youre looking for a 3 or 4 star this isnt it. "The hotel itself is very lovely, wonderful service, staff were professional and courteous, just lovely people. The surrounding area of the property could be cleaner but every large city has its pockets of flaws, not horrific enough to deter me from coming back "

"This was an amazing flat so close to everything. There was even an electric piano as well as a giant TV. My wife, being Polish, particularly enjoyed the Polish books on the self. You are provided with everything you could need. We found the flat to be clean and the full size bed was really comfortable. The shower was also great and the water was always warm. "We loved the location. We walked everywhere. Time Square is just a few blocks away. We saw Hamilton which is also very close. The host was extremely accommodating. He made our stay very convenient. He went above and beyond for us. Check out Moms Kichen on the corner. Absolutely delish. The Amish Market has everything you need. "

"Canceled our room two days before our trip, with no explanation (we booked two months in advance). Said they would provide us a different hotel, then did not reserve anything, and we had to call expedia 4 times over the course of a day and arrived at the hotel with no room booked for us. Then, we ended up having to pay almost double out of our own pocket to stay in the hotel A truly horrible experience."
