"This apartment was very easy to find, on the first floor, which made it super easy to get and out of, and very clean. The beds were comfortable. Location was super for walking wherever we wanted to go. And access to the subway was close enough to make even those sites farther away more accessible. Overall, an excellent stay, and we really appreciate this Location. "

"This place is perfectly located off of 48th Ave. & 8th St. near many Broadway theatres and Times Square. Small but a great space for 1-2 people. Very secure and safe area. Host is a nice guy and gives you lots of info (wanted to know the address sooner but no biggie). Clean space, tv in living area and bedroom, small but full kitchen. I saw some reviews say that the place was missing some things — but that was NOT the case. The host had towels, sheets, K cups, TP, space heater, etc. we were well...

"Staff was amazing and so kind. Room was very small but price and location made up for it. Bed was just ok not very comfortable. "

"Canceled our room two days before our trip, with no explanation (we booked two months in advance). Said they would provide us a different hotel, then did not reserve anything, and we had to call expedia 4 times over the course of a day and arrived at the hotel with no room booked for us. Then, we ended up having to pay almost double out of our own pocket to stay in the hotel A truly horrible experience."
