"The property was at very close proximity to Times Square. The parking too is available just across the street. Their Vallet service team is very prompt and will be quick to guide you. The concierge was helpful and guided us on the various points of interest nearby. Also their customer service team provided us details on the IHG's Ambassador programme and we were very happy to enrol for it."

"Kearne checked me in and was so helpful. He helped me upgrade when I felt the first room was too small and we had a great room with a view. All staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean and the hotel was very convenient to everythiing we wanted to do. The Tik Tok Diner in the hotel is one of the best casual restaurants we ate at."

"My bff and I were a little concerned by recent reviews but as soon as we arrived and were able to check in early at 2pm for our three night stay, we felt so happy with our choice - rooms were clean, breakfast was great - it was basic but given it was complimentary was wonderful - we had to wait for a table for a few mins as there were not many but was all good. Coffee was good and bagels and waffles were great. Complimentary water station with lemons was available to fill up water bottles was a handy extra. We asked the day before we were leaving whether we could possibly have a later checkout due to our flight time and immediately advised that was no problem whatsoever to check out at 12 rather than 11. All staff were lovely. I wonder if sometimes bad reviews are an indication that people writing them are sometimes not courteous themselves? Shout out to all day $5 frozen margaritas at Mickey Spillanes bar!! Would highly recommend comfort inn midtown manhattan. Great proximity to broadway shows in Times Square - around 15 mins depending on how many people are around as New York is very busy!! 10 min walk to subways to get around everywhere. We loved it!"
