"The room was dated, old and dirty, old NASTY air contioner,chairs were old musty and tv was old only had scrabbled vietnamese channels......what tipped it over the top is when i found a pubic hair on my pillow, when i went downstairs to see if i could get another room,the guy didnt seem to make a big deal about it, i went downstairs next morning and told girl i was checking out, i showedher pictures a d she shugged her shoulders, i left for a better hotel. I hope i can get a refund for the 4...

"Great hotel in a perfect location. The staff here were excellent and very attentive. The hotel manager went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my stay. Everything was great but the standout of this hotel was the breakfast. It was very high quality and the dishes were rotated daily. They served decaf coffee (very rare in Vietnam) and it was absolutely delicious! The room was very modern, comfortable and looked brand new. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm...
