"This was our favourite hotel of the three we stayed in around Vietnam. Very clean and comfortable room. Staff are polite and helpful. The restaurant and spa are also very good and reasonably-priced. Da Nang is very walkable, and the location of this hotel (right next to the beach) gave us plenty of options for dining out. Would absolutely recommend!"

"This hotel was a great base for exploring the Old Quarter of Hanoi. The staff was pleasant, responsive, and helpful. The included breakfast buffet was delicious (included smoked duck breast, passion and other fresh fruits among other foods ) and you could order eggs prepared a variety of ways as well as the Vietnamese traditional noodle soup. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom immaculate. "

"Beautiful room and lobby, delicious/ breakfast buffet with everything you could think of. In the middle of Old Town Hanoi, which is an interesting experience, but would not recommend to go directly from the hotel if you are a wheel chair user or have little kids. In that case would recommend cab directly to and from hotel or stay in French Quarter. Old Town is busy with many cars and even more scooters, and basically no traffic lights. Fun, but interesting to get used to. Many street vendors and little shops. "

"Efficient check in, welcoming and extremely helpful front desk staff, very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Housekeeping staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating as were the beach and pool staff and the restaurant service people. The hotel is situated on an absolutely beautiful stretch of white sand beach. Between the many pool areas and the beach, there was never an issue finding a place to sit. Although the resort is located away from more central touristy areas, Grab was a very easy and inexpensive way to travel to those areas and/ or restaurants when we wanted to do so. There is a great supermarket within walking distance (approximately 1 kilometre)."
