"Super friendly staff who gave us a warm welcome with tea and hot towels. Even though we were way too early we could get into our room already which was great after a long flight. Also on the day of our departure they let us take a quick shower before we left for the night train."

"Top notch for families with kids. Facilities were amazing. Tons of programs for kids and the activities were well maintained and watched over by staff. The residence rooms are dated with no streaming TVs and pretty much unwatchable. You hear the upstairs neighbors everytime they move a chair. Which is annoying. Easily fixed with some felt on the legs. I may opt for a different room if given the chance but the resort was so beautifully maintained and staff over the top kind. Oh- western prices on everything. Dont expect a deal on food or drinks. "
