"The room looks great and comfortable bed. Staff are kind. I would recommend when cleaning the rooms to check if anything was empty to fill them. Our hand soap container empty when we checked in but once we told the cleaners they did it away. We had 2 rooms and stayed for 3 nights. Older hotel but in the heart of Old Town Hanoi and close to everything."

The beds in the room were very comfy and the staff were very friendly, Lily was especially lovely, friendly and super helpful. The walls between rooms were very thin so depending what neighbours you got will depend how quiet your room will be. The room we had also had a glass door so the hallway light came through at night, our room was the only door like this on our floor, so i'm not sure why it didn't have a...
