"I was not there long enough to say much. Close to the airport is a nice benefit. Very friendly and helpful staff. Not a great location for anything except a layover. A couple of restaurants, not great looking, but good food. My room had a great bathtub. "

"We like our stay at this place. It's located off a busy street, still central in Old Quarter. Building is not new, but well-kept and clean. We were offered an early check-in, which, after long trip, was very appreciated. Our room was nice, not-so-big, but sizeable, with very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was tasty, with variety of options. Extremely nice and helpful reception people, speaking good English."

"This hotel served our purpose, which was to get a nights' sleep between flights into/out of Hanoi. The location seemed safe but it was off a run-down access road of the airport - not a neighborhood you would want to walk around. The hotel itself was clean and the room was adequate. We did not have time for breakfast in the morning. The pick up from and drop off to the airport was smooth. Again, this hotel was quite serviceable for our needs but not a place to stay for more than 1 night. "

"Everything was great, just a pity it is hidden in a alley where no car can go in. So you got to drag the luggage alone the dark alley especially during the night when all shops is closed. Overall, staffs is very helpful. Special applause to the lady supervisor. Sorry I forgot to get her name. She was exceptional friendly and go her way out to help us contact the tour operator to pick us up at the hotel to the meeting point, if wasn't for her, we are quite lost on this. "The room looks great and comfortable bed. Staff are kind. I would recommend when cleaning the rooms to check if anything was empty to fill them. Our hand soap container empty when we checked in but once we told the cleaners they did it away. We had 2 rooms and stayed for 3 nights. Older hotel but in the heart of Old Town Hanoi and close to everything."
