This was a very nice place to stay and it is 4 minute walk to Hồ Hoàn Kiếm. And there is alot to do there. The hotel food was also good. Staff was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

I love the old Vietnamese decoration in the lobby , dining area and in the rooms.Lobby has antiques and gorgeous contemporary paintings . Staffs are super helpful . I cancelled my other bookings at a later date and book at Kecho again . It is so charming

The night staff went above and beyond on our arrival. We had a scam attempt on us with our Grab driver and the staff helped communicate and resolve. Everything in the hotel was great. Only slight letdown was the breakfast. But maybe because we had high expectations (since food is so good all around the area). The only item we enjoyed was the pho every morning which was amazing.

The property itself is lovely. It’s on an alley that really gives you a direct experience of the old town! For a vegetarian the dead chickens and other cuts of meat all down the alley was pretty icky. The smells were also overwhelming. But the staff at this hotel is very sweet and the decor is lovely if in need of some serious repair/upkeep.

I would highly recommend this hotel. We usually stay in Hanoi at 5 star hotels that are 3rd the price. My new favorite hotel in Hanoi, I will definitely be staying here again. Everything was over the top!

Property is in an alley and not obvious from the intersection, I was second guessing my maps app. Staff is kind, attentive and helpful. Property appears on the older side but recently renovated so has some quirks but good value for the price.

The interior design is magnificent, the dining area in level 12 is well down designed and the food was up to standard. The rooftop bar is beautiful I'd only suggest to allocate more lighting (like fairy lights) to make it more bright and cute, and then music to be expand to the other areas of the rooftop, not only in the bar. The bartenders, the front desk and dinigng team were fabulous. I will definitely stay back here in my next trip to Hanoi

The staff there are very nice. However, the design is a bit creepy for Asian people especially those with Chinese cultural background. There is a spirit tablet (神主牌）in the lobby. They also used joss paper like lamps inside the room.

Hanoi is already a very cost-effective city for the foreign traveller, so there are a lot of quite good hotels at very reasonable prices, but this hotel is my favourite, so far. Without quite stretching to a decadent colonial-era five-star, Kecho Legacy comes close in its quite way. It's off any of the main streets in a quaint alley surrounded by delicious street-food aromas. The interior is the most impressive, and feels like museum or gallery of beautiful objects and artworks of Vietnam. The decor of the rooms also reflects this, with very beautiful design detail. Like many such hotels, there is a sky-bar on the roof, but this one is nicer than most, with a cozy size, and glass-floored ramps, little extra platforms for a very private individual table or two, and more. The staff seamlessly attended to requests for transfers and other needs. I'll choose this hotel again, when I next return to this wonderful city.
