"Service and restaurants were top notch. Beautiful grounds kept in excellent condition. In some respects , service / cover charge for everything was a bit much . Umbrella cost for the beach I felt should not have a separate charge of$32.00 !! So in some cases , excessive costs , were a bit much "

Staff were helpful and nice- love the luggage storage on day of our check out we were able to store our luggage there and walk to Bayside while we had time before our cruise check in very convenient location if you are cruising port is right there also great to get food and do shopping at bayside and take a few pic at the Miami stadium which is right across street "

"I was a bit afraid as I was a woman travelling solo, but I felt very safe, there was security everywhere and the free shuttle is very convenient to go to the many areas of the resort. The villa had absolutely all I needed from cutlery, pots and pans to washing machine and dish washer. There are also many restaurants and a shop for groceries inside the resort. There’s a Walmart 5 min from there and it’s easy to reach the main attractions in Orlando from there. Would definitely go back!"

"This resort is incredible!! And massive!! Pool is heated to bathtub temperature.. loved the firepit and smores kit you can purchase..what a fun idea!! Many different options for food and a free shuttle to other universal properties. We just loved our stay!!"
