"What a wonderful stay. Our 4th time here. It’s our favorite. Love the convenience of parking in front of hotel room and not having to go thru hotel lobby and casino to get to rooms. Everything is right there and an easy walk to Belagio if you wanted to go out. Food at the Pub was excellent both nights we were there. Enjoyed outside fire pits to socialize with friends. Great stay. Great price, so clean. "

"Hotel seems to be short staff and there is construction going around the hotel. We needed toilet paper. We was told there was only one person working and you have to come down to the front desk and get it. We needed a dollie for suit case and was told the same thing on the day of leaving. Also, if you had any hotel trash you had to the designated areas to throw your trash away. No room service. Also, there is a poolside bar but it was closed for our whole stay. "The only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the beach. This "resort" was by far in the worst shape I have ever seen. There were gaps between the front door and door frame, the bathroom was chipped and falling apart, and the entire area was in ruins. Thankfully, we were refunded. "
