As were on the first floor we could hear street noise at night, but it quickly faded after 9:00 or 10:00 pm. There were some minor maintenance issues, painting was going on at many places in the common areas with tools and ladders, etc., spread around in some areas. In our room the sink drain was very slow and water pressure was low, with no hot water available...

"Like many Hotels today, there are not enough hooks to hang more than one towel to dry. The sink in the bathroom goes with the decor but there is no place to lay out your toiletries. Very high tub and a wooden floor partition that is a trip hazard so not recommended for Seniors like us even though the location was right at street level and the Restaurant across the room. They only have 10 Parking spots so get there early and avoid taking the car out! "
