"Biggest complaint was the bed. Being short, the bed was so high it was difficult getting in to the bed. It was also the noisiest bed of any hotel I have ever slept in. Each time you moved during the night the noise was so loud it could have awakened the people in the room next door. The mattress sat on a wooden frame and it sounded like the wood was cracking. Could not get a good nights sleep!"

"We were on the ground floor and it was hard to sleep because at 2am the roosters were cocka doodling. But we understand that can’t be helped. We liked our stay very much and when we return another time we will request a room on the 3rd or 4th floor and see if that would be better. We talked to people that stayed on the 4th floor and they didn’t hear the roosters😀"

"Great Location. Staff was helpful and offered great recommendations. Rooms need alot more lighting, it was very dark in our room when the curtains were drawn. Unlimited free waterbottles at the front desk. Free breakfast was good. When stayed in a wheelchair accessible room we took a shower the floor flooded with water, needs better drainage.
