"Hotel staff excellent and can’t do enough for you. Only negative. The rooms are tired had a loose floorboard in our room which pinched your foot mirror cracked. I would say the room needs a refurbishment. One frustrating thing was they didn’t tell us to keep our room key so when we went to go to get our car laid in with bags, we couldn’t use the lift had to walk down four flights of stairs. There was also items missing from the room and regarding the side of the room there should be a fridge."

"We stayed to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday. It was very clean, staff very friendly too. The spa is very relaxing with pool, jacuzzi, sream room and sauna.We didnt use the treatment side of it or the gym but definitely recommend. Rooms very spacious and beds are super comfy. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend."

"Excellent location close to Chester, only a 10 mi ute drive and about £8 to £10 in a taxi. Public areas very clean, as was the room. Very good size bedrooms and effective heating, a bonus when it is cold! Good leisure facilities too"

"This is a beautiful hotel, very well maintained and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The choice and freshness of the breakfast was lovely. Ideally located near the train station and within easy walking distance to the center of town but far enough away to be lovely and peaceful. Excellent "
