"I was attending a conference and the hotel was within 1 15 minute walk. Staff were very accommodating, particularly the night manager who was lovely. I'd definitely recommend the hotel to family, friends and colleagues visiting Chester."

"The property was ideal for our break, very clean and well kept. Staff that we interacted with were friendly and helpful and polite. The only thing we were disappointed with was that the sauna wasn't in operation but everything else was great and as described. We travelled to Chester by train and found the public transport and taxis very reasonably priced with the local buses stopping almost outside of the hotel drive. We would have no hesitation in staying here again, a very good experience...

"Staff and restaurant very nice, rooms are dated. We stayed in an Exec Room which we felt was on the small side, it didn't feel like an upgrade from a classic room. Tea/Coffee and water in the room is complimentary, everything else is chargable. Overall it was a very nice stay, once in the room I didnt get the luxury feel"
