Was kept awake until 12.30am on a sunday night - NO breakfast available san we paid for breakfast for 2 nights - dirty bathroom, dirty walls - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I have stayed here several times, i really like the relaxed atmosphere, quick check in, lovely comfy bed. clean bathroom, tv and wifi great, great helpful staff. Will definatly be back.

Never again!
Double bed in single room, You could not move anywhere, no space at all in this room. Massive after leak stain on the ceiling looking disgusting, the room. It’s of been redocateted years and years ago last time, as the walls the carpet and odour was not nice. No warm water in the shower, lots of like scales round shower and tiles. Broken tiles on the floor, very dirty tiles round the whole bathroom. Very uncomfortable, on a busy road so so loud at night. I would never stay there again and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Manager need to get a grip and redecorate this hotel as £73 a night for double room is far too much. Advertised as higher quality hotel room - rubbish!

Overpriced for a room that was very tired & worn
I initially booked the room due to location to attending Chester Races, this is the only positive feedback I can unfortunately give The hotel is part off a pub, which on entrance had the unique smell off a brewery stale & musty The hotel room was extremely outdated & very tired & worn Small bathroom facilities, although was clean We were meant to stay 2 nights, but decided to stay only the 1st night due to highly disappointed Felt the charge for 2 nights £170.00 no breakfast, although wouldn't have eaten there was overpriced compared to other places we have stayed in that have been fab Would not recommend at all

Points positifs: l'hôtel est situé à mi-chemin entre la gare et le centre-ville est son tarif est tout à fait correct. Points négatifs: il se trouve au-dessus d'un pub particulièrement bruyant (musique tonitruante jusqu'à minuit) et la propreté laisse à désirer.
