Hotel was clean and the room spacious. Staff were excellent, especially in the restaurant as my wife is Coeliac and requires a gluten free diet. Her breakfast was cooked to order in a seperate area of the kitchen. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the centre of Chester

The room was really good value for money and the bed was very comfortable. The tv was in a strange position so was difficult to comfortably watch tv. The pool looks a lot bigger in the photos but it is quite a bit smaller than I thought when booking it. Overall it was a very good stay.

Great location. Very nice hotel . We really enjoyed our stay as staying with kids the pool was great entertainment.. very nice , clean room , very friendly polite Staff .. the only down point is car park was a bit pricey £17/ night .. and as vegetarian breakfast could have more choice , but overall great hotel.

Always stay here, yearly and love the hotel. It’s central to the town. Has parking and the most friendliest welcoming staff.
