"Very welcoming & helpful staff, from check-in until check-out and all in-between! The room was great. Clean and in good condition with modern furnishings including a nice big smart TV. The bed was also comfy, Bathroom was ok, with a generously sized shower. Only -ve for me was the limited breakfast choices, eg. gluten free cereal or bread, and a plant milk option. But I cannot fault the staff at all, the receptionist did offer to go to the shop and find something when it opened!...

"That was a good price for an accommodation so close main street in Chester. I've got an instruction how to enter , password to WiFi and all important information. It was clear how to check in and check out. Room was tiny but I knew it before I booked and that was just for sleep anyway. Apartment was very short walking distance to city centre and main street as well very close nice and big park. Like I mentioned, the price was appropriate to this what we've got. "This is high quality b and b we stayed here for new year's eve and had a lovely time we was welcomed and the host was very friendly and helpful we would definitely stay here again, the rooms was clean and the beds was really comfortable, there was lovely little touches to the room and snacks and biscuits and little chocolates on the pillow the furniture and towels was high quality thank you for a welcoming stay "

"The room was clean and tidy & had everything we needed. It would have been helpful we’d been advised that there was an engagement party & live band playing that night as we were staying as we were running the Delamere Forest Marathon the next morning and hoping for an early night as we had an early start. As the rooms were directly above the music there was no chance of this! The music did stop just after 11pm so not too bad! "
