"I stayed at this property in early March and I’ve been to others in Cancun and so far this one has the best food. They do have a buffet open for breakfast , lunch , and dinner that does not require reservations but the food was exceptional and it did not disappoint for any time of the day. I really didn’t mind the other restaurants needing reservations since the staff is able to help you reserve for a couple days straight , I will say get there to the reservation table exactly at 10am so you don’t have to wait in long lines to reserve. The beach was super clean. The only downside was that my room seemed to be very old although the pictures on booking looked like they were remodeled. I did read that they have only certain rooms that are remodeled which does suck. Overall the room was clean but didn’t meet my expectations compared to what the resort looks like I was expecting a nice room. "

"We had the most lovely time at this resort. We were met with friendly and welcoming staff, such as Erick, who brought us in, completed check in and ensured we and our luggage made it to our room. The room itself was lovely, spacious and comfortable. It included all the amenities we needed. Housekeeping came by daily to clean up and re-stock our bottled water and mini bar. However, our balcony door did not open and close consistently and some of the door trim was falling off. The bathroom was lovely, but we had a few issues with plumbing and drainage. The bars had excellent hours and bartenders, especially Bar One, during both the day and night. They were easily accessible from anywhere in the resort. The entertainment staff were beyond amazing, especially Dennis, Daniel, Alex and Karla. The events were fun, and well-spaced throughout the day, with something for anyone. The pool area was very well-maintained and lovely. The pool staff, such as Eddie, were friendly and attentive. It was also nice to have servers, like Casanova, frequently circulating the pool and beach areas. There was a lot of food variety between all of the restaurants, and service was outstanding there as well. We especially appreciated Lorenzo and Chef Saul, who made our dining experience at Seasons and Frattini's the best we had.
