"My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Adhara Express in Cancun, and it was truly a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality and attentiveness of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One of the things that really stood out to us was the family-friendly atmosphere. The hotel had a welcoming vibe, and we felt completely at ease with our children. The staff was incredibly patient and accommodating, always ready with a smile and helpful suggestions. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, with daily cleaning service that kept everything fresh and tidy. We also appreciated the little touches, like the readily available warm water, which was perfect for making tea and coffee in the mornings. The included food options were another highlight of our stay. The meals were delicious and varied, offering a taste of authentic Mexican cuisine. We especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries at breakfast! Adhara Express's location was ideal for us. It provided easy access to all the main attractions, while also being conveniently close to the vibrant Las Palapas Park. We loved exploring the park in the evenings, soaking up the lively atmosphere and enjoying delicious, budget-friendly meals from the local vendors. It was a fantastic way to experience the true spirit of Mexico!"

"Pleasant surprise! The place is clean and quiet. What I like the most is that how walkable it is to the markets, a supermarket, the bus terminal, and it feels safe. The only improvement opportunity is the room smelt a bit moldy. Overall I was happy with it."

"The hotel was old but very well kept it had very unique doors They had lots of common areas for people to gather outside the room My initial booking was for 4 adults and 2 children the Expedia system put us into a room with 1 double bed when originally it showed a 2 room suite to sleep 8 The front desk person was very rude at first but finally seen it was not my fault and we found a solution but had to pay 3 times more but it worked everyone was happy"

"I really enjoyed staying here. There was a Mayan theme throughout the hotel. The spa was nice and affordable and the pool open all night was fun. They are under some construction (but some who might be upset over this might not be as focused on the fun parts of their vacation) which is noticeable but didn’t mess with my stay. The staff was so attentive and friendly, they went above and beyond to check in with us. There are close restaurants and cafes, and it’s close to the beach or to travel to Isla Mujeres. wished there were more towels (we got one ant an time) and the lighting was dim. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Be prepared for a lively night life too. "

Conveniently located next to the ADO bus station, it’s perfect for easy transit.
