The hotel needs a better maintenance, a deep cleaning in the bathroom, the pool as well, in the beach take out the gazebos they look horrible and the plastic tables as well,the breakfast food delicious the staff was wonderful,Medardo , Xochllt,Daniel,Sergio, Norma,the cleaning Lady 9th floor.

Nice views and location but will not return
This hotel had a great, helpful staff but is old and outdated. The sheets had many stains and fan and AC was very loud and smelled like mold. The breakfast buffet was awesome and there were nice views from the rooms. Lunch and dinner options were not as great, but still ok. I will say that the location is good and there were lots of restaurants and shops working walking distance. We will return to Acapulco but will not stay here again.

The Hotel has a perfect location on the Beach, but its an Old Hotel. The room was wery damp inside. But the worst part was the elevators... They were stopping at almost every floor due to some fault, and when you live in the 15'th floor you can imagine the frustration.

Los elevadores no servían se detenían en cada piso para subir o bajar siempre es igual.😠 Lo bueno q no me quedé en un piso tan alto y mejor bajaba por las escaleras de emergencia La habitación bien sin mucha Vista al mar ni prioridad, pero la regadera muy mal, se estancaba el agua. Tampoco está bien el estacionamiento por qué se paga aparte y está en otro edificio.

Adicional, no cuenta cuenta con Estacionamiento, el hotel tiene un convenio a menos de 100m con un costo por dia de $150 Alimentos: Mis espectativas eran mayores al ser un hotel 4 estrellas, es un bien a secas. Limpieza: En general bien. Servicios: Algunos empleados que se encuentran sobre las barras de el exterior mostraron mala actitud de servicio.

Para empezar era un hotel que tenía excursiones!! Muy mal, no tengo nada en contra pero no hubiera escogido ese hotel. Yo iba a descansar. No goce nada de eso hasta el último día de mi estancia! Me cambiaron de habitación 3 ocasiones! Y en esos cambios perdió pertenencias! Tal vez insignificantes pero necesarias! No quiero culpar del todo al personal que llevo mi maleta, tal vez las dejé en una de las habitaciones! Pensé que era un hotel selecto! Aunque de cortesía me dieron dos desayunos! La verdad no disfruté la alberca y la playa. Ah y no había una persona guardavidas en alberca ! También un escalos de la alberca estaba roto, yo resbalé !! Y eso es peligroso pues es metal!! Ahí veo que no dan mantenimiento! Que tristeza que no pude disfrutar!!
