"We loved our stay at La Pasion! The pool was warm and the gardens were beautiful- but our favorite part was how friendly and helpful the staff was. I had prescription I needed printed off to get filled at a pharmacy and they were able to help me late at night. We will definitely come again! "

"We love this property, as it’s smaller, yet has all we need and the best beach in Cozumel. This was our 2nd yr at the resort, stayed 12 nts. Our food choices this yr were cut down by 2 restaurants, so food was nothing to write home about, but just fine. Sadly our bldg was a bit in disrepair, outside missing lights and inside a few broken items. Though we are easy and didn’t sweat the small stuff. Drinks are fabulous, spa was amazing!! "Very comfortable beds. Good breakfast buffet until 10am daily. Too much traffic noise on the roadside rooms. "

"This is in a great location. The bar is is really fun to sit in and bartender is great. Our bed was comfortable and room was clean. My main feedback is that the property could be a bit more updated than the pictures show. The pool was a bit dated and not quite what we were expecting. It was so close to the beach, though, that we swam in the ocean instead!"

"The staff are amazing. They are very friendly, polite and helpful. The floor in our room wasn't overly clean, but everything else was great. All of the restaurants at the resort had amazing food! Our daughter went to Mexico 2 years ago and stayed at a resort but after telling her about our stay at Riu, now she wants to stay at a Riu resort the next time she goes to Mexico!"

"Communication was poor before arrival. Comments said front desk closed at 6:00 pm and I was arriving close to midnight. I sent several messages to them before I got a clear answer that there was a front desk clerk 24 hours a day. Also, I had booked a room with picture of a fridge, but they told me in comments no rooms had fridges. I had one after all. Comments did not explain to you that there is an elevator too."
