"Very very bad experience. My booking was cancelled even though i have received confirmation from expedia and payment has been made. "No spa, pool was empty, air conditioning didn’t work in our room so had to move. The bathroom flooded when the shower was used. Lovely staff and hotel

"The room was spacious, a bit dated but the bathroom was exactly as the pictured showed - luxurious! The balcony on the waterfront is so pretty although there is not much of a view of the city. The staff are so polite and accommodating. The breakfast was one of my favourites! And the Saigon restaurant staff and staff at the Italian restaurant treated you like kings and queens, thank you to the lovely staff who served us."
