"We really enjoyed the property, Beautiful view of the ocean you see Isla de Mujeres at a distance. Unit was big enough for a family of nine. The house was amazing on site maintenance people were great. The pool area, nice and clean. We enjoyed the kitchen, which had a lot of things we need, Washer and dryer, Access to Netflix. Plenty of towels and three restrooms is a must with a big family, The little restaurant located in front of the unit was great. There is a store located right in front....

"The property was clean and even had laundry soap which was nice. The beds were very comfortable. The host was very responsive. Always picked up the phone and texted back quickly. The pictures make it look pool side. It is not but it is less then a block away."

"So, I would like to write a very honest review , it is a tiny bit critical but overall very positive. The apartment itself is worn(out). A lot of trim and doors are painted black with a million chips. And the whole apartment needs a remodel/refinish. However, the location is spectacular! It is right on an absolutly gorgeous beach! Villa Marlin is surrounded by huge and super expensive hotels all up and down the same beach. The condo is much more reasonable than those hotels! There is a shopping...

"My daughter and I had a great time at the space. The place was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We had all we needed. The resort grounds, staff, and restaurant were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. We found the bus line easy to navigate, and taxi's were always available. We always felt safe during our stay."

"This place is wonderful. Right on the beach and beachclub next door is a bonus. Condo is clean and comfortable. Great deck and ceiling fans. You can walk to everything. We will be back. Warning - two flights of stairs to get to the condo, be prepared. "

"We loved our stay! Loved everything about it. We had one issue with the toilet not filling up with water and they fixed it within 5 minutes! Had a small issue with internet and was fixed within 10 minutes! Great place to stay and it was amazing! We stayed in October and came back with the kids at the end of November. Our kids loved it! Ate at Mayan beach club a few times. Great food. Go to Chedraui and get some food or snacks. We absolutely loved the sunset view. "
