"The property is absolutley beautiful and the place was very clean. The road is unpaved and pretty rough, but short drive from the main road. Lots of new construction in the area so there was quite a bit of noise, but that will improve over time. When i booked it said the unit would have a private plunge pool,but ours did not. "We enjoyed our stay at Kiki Tulum very much. The property was very clean and we all felt very safe. We were in apt 8, so the pool was right outside our door. This was great for us and surprisingly we weren't bothered by when there were families/children playing in the pool. The hot water tank was small, so we had to stagger our showers a bit. There was no hot water at any of the sinks, so we boiled water in the kettle for washing dishes and shaving for the men. We ran into trouble with the air...
