"The condo was absolutely beautiful. The view was amazing. We came right after the hurricane and would barely notice with hardworking staff working on the property constantly. The area is a perfect beach town with a close breakfast place “jungle cafe” and a very friendly restaurant essentially across the street, and a corner market type place maybe 1/4 of the mile down the road. Other more fancy restaurants were also within walking distance. The coral reef… amazing. Friendly and reassuring...

"My husband and I and our two kids age 2.5 & 5.5 had such a great experience here. It was beautiful, well taken care of, the staff, owner and other renters were so kind and welcoming to us. The weather was awesome the whole time we were there. The snorkeling was incredible and the surrounding areas were full of welcoming, kind locals and a really great vibe in general. We'll be back!"

"This is the WORST place I’ve ever booked! When we 1st came to the property there was no line no wait but when we got to the room the sheets were okay the bathroom was dirty and the toilet seat was broken falling apart (it did when we left) also. There was just dust everywhere. the door of our room DID NOT WORK they actually had to change the battery or lock on our door to fix the key. That made me feel unsafe. "The staff were absolutely fantastic! Even though my Spanish is limited and their English wasn't perfect, we were still able to communicate well using a translator, and they were so helpful throughout my stay. The room was comfortable, and the bed was super cozy. I only wish I had arrived earlier to enjoy the pool! Unfortunately, I missed out on that, but when I found out the on-site restaurant was closed, the staff went above and beyond to help me order from Uber Eats, which was a great...

"Our short stay in this lovely Tulum apartment was everything we hoped for. Lana's recommendations were so helpful - we enjoyed a day at Kanan in the beach, swimming in Cenotes, and more than one good meal within a short walk of the apartment.
