"The property is absolutley beautiful and the place was very clean. The road is unpaved and pretty rough, but short drive from the main road. Lots of new construction in the area so there was quite a bit of noise, but that will improve over time. When i booked it said the unit would have a private plunge pool,but ours did not. However, theres plenty of rooftop pools to choose from that were always empty, so I wasnt to disappointed. Confirmation and instructions on how to get into the unit didnt...

"We enjoyed our stay at Kiki Tulum very much. The property was very clean and we all felt very safe. We were in apt 8, so the pool was right outside our door. This was great for us and surprisingly we weren't bothered by when there were families/children playing in the pool. The hot water tank was small, so we had to stagger our showers a bit. There was no hot water at any of the sinks, so we boiled water in the kettle for washing dishes and shaving for the men. We ran into trouble with the air...

"The property itself was small but charming, the rooms/suites were large and the backyard was spacious as well with a private pool (a bit chilly as there is not much sun in the back). "Kuhn Taak Tulum is a very special place! Surrounded by serene jungles, it is truly a gem! We stayed in a family villa and it was so private and absolutely beautiful. "This is the WORST place I’ve ever booked! When we 1st came to the property there was no line no wait but when we got to the room the sheets were okay the bathroom was dirty and the toilet seat was broken falling apart (it did when we left) also. There was just dust everywhere. the door of our room DID NOT WORK they actually had to change the battery or lock on our door to fix the key. That made me feel unsafe. "The condo was clean. The maid service was excellent. We had a door knob quit working and someone came and fixed it quickly. The condo does need updating with paint, and just to let general spruce up. The beds were excellent patio furniture is very dated. Overall, I would come back, but would hope that the owner puts a little time and money into the condo."

Quiet and peaceful spot in the jungle with all the amenities

"Great getaway spot in the jungle! An eco oasis that is quiet and peaceful. Tulum is a short juant away by shuttle bus. Chemuyil the city nearby is also a cool small town. Owners and staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was also top notch. Highly recommend if you want to be close to Tulum while also enjoying a quiet getawayGeeat internet if you need it. "

Loots of improvements needed!!

"Check in was good. My room had two leaks and it was raining most days; one of the leaks dripped onto one of the beds. Ants were present; no left overs or snacks could be in the room due to this. Pool was open but not enough lights around it. Menu available was very limited. WiFi was very good throughout the place. No AC in rooms and the fan we had was too noisy to have it on at night. No beach access or beach nearby!! Hotel has no info or contacts for local taxis or airport shuttles. No mini fridge, we were not told we could have items in the hotel’s main fridge either. Mosquitoes were in the room every night, no bed nets available, seems staff leave doors open while doing room cleaning and plenty of mosquitoes get in. "

"Excelente el trato de todo el staff, el servicio de primera. El lugar está hermoso, las instalaciones limpias, el desayuno riquísimo, te tratan con mucha amabilidad. Lo único es que no en todos los cuartos hay minisplit, y creo que conviene que a todos los cuartos les pongan minisplit y estaría perfecta la estancia. El WiFi no sirvió en ningún momento, también eso deberían resolver aunque es un poco entendible porque está en medio de a selva. Todo lo demás es fantástico "
