"The room was fine except that the bathroom had no towel hooks or towel bars whatsoever. This was very inconvenient. Also breakfast was mediocre except one day when they were out of several items and that was at the beginning of the breakfast service"

"We stay here a few times a year to visit our son. Got to the hotel 30 minutes before check in and they did not have a room ready for us. (They usually do). Got to our room and the toilet seat was very low and uncomfortable to sit on. The TV was broken. The next day they moved us to the room next door, which was a handicapped room which I qualify for but always feel someone else needs it more. That room was fine.
