We stayed at this hotel for a wedding and decided to make it a mini vacation. The Expedia hotel site states it includes free transportation to theme parks however it was misleading because they have a separate company that takes you for a fee of $15 pp. When checking in, we did not receive our VIP amenity. The receptionist was pleasant but did not leave an overall positive impression. The room itself was dirty, the bed sheets had shoe prints, one of the beds was slanted/broken unable to lay on that slanted side because you would roll off. The carpet was filthy, it seemed as though it had never been vacuumed. The bathroom had a leak and the shower had hairs everywhere. The counters were greasy. It was overall a very filthy room. In the morning we had the “Do Not Disturb” sign however, we kept getting disturbed by housekeeping. We were on the 2nd floor and we could hear people running around in the upstairs room and in front of our room yelling and screaming past midnight. On one of the nights, there was a couple fighting in front of our room at 2AM. We will definitely not be staying there again, nor do we recommend it to anyone.

Hotel was good, staff was nice, the vacation planning desk were a bit too pushy. I understand they are trying to sell but if we say no once then please don’t ask again. The rooms were clean. Did like the free shuttle to the amusement parks. However on the pick up time schedule I wish it said that we needed to make a reservation before hand. We were able to get on the bus being on standby. But a little more heads up would have been great. Over all the place was nice for the price and I would stay again.
