The rooms were spacious. The bath was cramped The shower did not have a sprayer head. The furniture was cheap. The usb ports near the bet were a convenient. The tv had no connections to Netflix and others. The wifi was good. We had one problem with the coffee maker and it was quickly replaced.

They made updates to the room. Whoever did the repairs did a poor job. Furniture was new, flooring, and sink. There’s security on sight. Checking in took a long time. The supervisor came and gave everyone a bottle of water that was standing in line. The beds were comfortable and the room and everything was clean.

The hotel’s bathroom is a little outdated but the room was pretty okay. I stayed on the first level in the building across from the conference center and it could be because I was on the 1st floors but it was a bit loud, I could just hear all night people and cars that were passing by.

Day 1 - TV didn't work and toilet was stopped up. Day 2 - Doors/room keys stopped working. Days 2-4 - Had to go to the front desk every time we returned from doing something as a family to request entry to our rooms. Once we submitted a request for entry, we had to sit outside our rooms for up to 45 minutes for someone to come let us in because every guest had this issue and staff could not keep up with the demand. *This resort's take on a Bloody Mary is horrible. Bloody Marys are supposed to be spicy, not sweet. Not only was it the worst Bloody Mary I've ever had, it was ridiculously expensive. The staff was amazing! They were very friendly. If the facilities matched the quality of the staff, this place would be unbeatable.
