Hotel was very dirty - bugs in the bathrooms. Stained mattress, room smelled like mold/mildew & mold was visible. Phone did not work. Guy at the front desk was rude. This hotel needs new management, better attention to detail & new housekeepers. The lobby looks very nice but past that it is unkept. I would NOT recommend

I’m going to start with the friendly staff at the reception. I’m glad that the hotel has such a nice person after a long day. However, I’m disappointed with the shuttle transportation. One reason that I booked this hotel was for the transportation from and to the airport. Unfortunately when I got at the airport and called for the shuttle, I was told that the shuttle only runs until 10pm. I wish I would have known this. As far I can recall, there was no mention of the shuttle running time anywhere in the Expedia site or on my reservation info. Also, I called a few days earlier to confirm shuttle transportation. I was only told that to call when I arrive at the airport. No information was given about the time. When you are traveling for the whole day and have an early flight the next I just want to get to the hotel quickly. I don’t want to deal with calling Uber or a taxi. I hope the running time of shuttles is included in the hotel information.
