"At check in, the rep determined I had 2 reservations made through Expedia. I thought I had made one, but it didn’t show up in Expedia or my emails so I made another one and paid for it. The rep was concerned if he used the wrong one that it would be difficult to get my money back. We determined which was already paid for and continued with that. Neither of us could figure out why the first Expedia reservation did not show up."

"Even though the hotel was located downtown it was extremely quiet and no outside noise. The staff was very friendly and Tynecia was pleasant and professional with our check in. This will be my go to place when I go back to the area."

Holiday Inn & Suites Across From Universal Orlando by IHG

"Everything was great. Location was perfect so close walking distance to CityWalk Period the only problem is the parking at the hotel is $25 per night, which is a ridiculously high amount when you’re paying For ridiculous charges like destination fee when you live in the same state and you drove yourself there."

"I had a great time at the hotel. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Also the restaurant staff were very friendly. Also the buffet staff did such a great job. The restaurant's bar tender was great. I loved everything about the hotel, very nice and clean room. Will definitely come back. ❤️"
