"Great place! Helpful staff, clean, modern. Really enjoyed our stay and would return! Only complaint is the poor accessibility to pool/waterpark area from our condo(building 3). The waterpark was directly in front of our building but had to walk down a dingy back stairwell for access to that area. Not a big deal but found this strange. Maybe there was a better route that we couldn’t locate but the poor signage in the hotel hallways didn’t help either "

"The Employees were courteous and the property is beautiful. We had a junior condo and it worked perfectly! The only negatives were the washer didn't work properly and the mattress wasn't super comfortable. We wouldn't hesitate to book with Summer Bay again, the next time we visit FL."
