The staff was very friendly and well accommodating. The hotel itself was in a great location but it needs some major updating. The rooms are outdated and need renovated. There was also a strong smoke smell through the hotel and lobby areas along with a marijuana smell. (We stayed in building 2)

The staff we encountered at the front desk were fantastic. However, this hotel is definitely showing its age. The ā€œrefurbished ā€œ area is more like putting paint on a pig. Carpets old and worn, air conditioning units old and very loud, and our particular room had a broken toilet. The breakfast is an absolute NO- do not waste your $18 on it! Waffle House and IHOP down the road are both much better choices. Overall, if I could rate the hotel based on the front desk alone, Iā€™d say a 10 but they can only work with what they have.

Daniela , Ricardo and Victoria are the best . Very nice people and Hotel. We were looking for a nice hotel in the area and this was our first option. Nice , clean and easy going place to stay in Disney . 10 minutes from Magical Kingdom . But this guys on the front desk are the best.
