The property was great. Easy check in process and onsite transportation to and from rooms. The customer service was outstanding. I would recommend this resort will stay again. Very convenient for visiting the Disney parks.

Check in was a mess. No parking available. Signs everywhere no parking. Parking lot full. Lady at the entrance where the golf carts are parked yelling at guests to move their car. Its a total zoo and put off to guests. Make more parking or improve check in.

Compared to other hotels in the area, we are extremely disappointed in this property. 1. The rooms were way overpriced, and the size of the rooms were extremely small And with furniture was cramped in the entire room, making it very difficult to move around in the room. All of the amenities listed on Expedia looked fantastic but when we got to the resort, we could only use the swimming pools and not the waterpark. Even though we paid for our room, we thought we had full access since we were staying at the resort. Turns out the Water was $25 ahead extra on top of the ground fees and the deposit that we had to put down which makes the total quite a bit higher than if I would’ve just stayed at the last place we were. They do not offer A free Continental breakfast, there is no signs pointing to where the pools are unless you accidentally run into them while you walk around the entire building

They advertised that they had electric car chargers (my rental was an EV. Both chargers were broken. Front desk said I could plug into normal receptacle using the car's slow charge. I was ok with this as this worked great until after the 3rd night security knocked on the door at 11:30PM and said it was illegal and my car would be towed. (Right after I turned down their ridiculous timeshare offer). Nice resort, most staff are great, just look out for the time share con.

This is a wonderful resort. I will definitely stay there again. We arrived late at night for our daughter's 10th birthday. The manager and his team was nice enough to give her a pass for the waterpark and a new reno unit. She felt loved and enjoyed every day while we stayed there. Thank you for making our daughter feel welcome there.

The resort was beautiful and had many amenities. We were sad that the water park had an additional $25 pp fee. But, the property had several pools to choose from. We also enjoyed the restaurants on the property as well as Starbucks and the ice cream shop. We stayed in a hotel type unit with 2 double beds. It was beautifully decorated. Very modern and squeaky clean. We also had a kitchenette that provided a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, complete with silverware and dishes. Having a full size washer and dryer within our unit was also appreciated. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.
