Overall, we had a good stay. The room was cleaned, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was pretty decent. Our only issue was the door in our room, it would get stuck often, making it difficult to open it and close it.

Room felt dirty and humid. Outdated furniture, broken lamps. Dirty floors. Additionally, called ahead and asked for pack n play to be set up in room upon arrival and receptionist was not helpful and had a rude tone, also at first did not know what a pack n play was and then after I explained they said yes they could have it set up and when we arrived it was not set up, so they either lied or forgot. Unfortunately, the pack n play that they eventually gave us was very old and dirty and possibly even moldy.

I have never taken the time to write a bad review before, but sadly I would not recommend this place to anyone. The place is very run down and dirty, the rooms smell like dust. The receptionist didn't know what she was doing, the first room they gave us had problems with the bathroom. They moved us to another one that was just as bad as the other one, the sheets had stains and smelled bad. I thought the elevator would fall down from shaking so much.

The floor was stain in the bathroom Also there was dirty towels left on the floor from the previous guest..The bathroom is very small and worn. Also the breaskfast was good. The restaurant area to sit was dirty and looks like its been under construction for a while!!! Like years!!!The hotel is older with a updated lobby and the furniture in the room a little rough.The beds were good!! I like the floors in the room. The staff was very nice. close to the Disney.This is my first time with confort Inn. Next time I will stick with marriott hotels!! Grounds and outside and inside of the hotel needs a lot of maintenance.!!!

Dirty room with stained towels and sheets. Dirty/moldy curtains and the room smelled like mildew. The pictures do not show the actual quality of the room. The front desk staff were nice but that was the only good thing. Would not stay here again.

I was not thrilled about this hotel. The rooms were very bare, the air condition/ heater had a smell every time it was turned on. There were ants in the room and we did not even eat in the room. The transportation to the parks were limited and the pick ups from the park were always late. I would not rebook here.

We stayed for 6 nights, the people at the front desk were friendly. However, I said at the front desk they did not service the room or changed our sheets not even once. They only put towels in the bathroom. The rooms were not clean and when we arrived there was hair in the bathroom that I had to clean up.. Also, one day going up in the elevator the cleaning ladies, were cursing in Spanish at the clients who didn't leave tips on the rooms. I can attach photos to prove the poor hygiene of the rooms, specially the bathrooms

It said it had a bar but doesn’t, it said queen size beds but were double beds which were very very uncomfortable , back door wouldn’t open with key, gift shop has limited hours closed in the afternoon, alarm clock was broken, didn’t answer the front desk phone had to go to desk to let them know our mini fridge was leaking water, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there I know I will never go back.
