"Weĺl maintained newer property near a large mall. Good restaurant in house with limited menu serving buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Parking ($24/day) in a garage used by other adjoining stores and restaurants. No direct access from garage to hotel and if its raining, you'll get wet going between the two."

"They did not hold the room with double beds I reserved. Fortunately I was traveling with my child. They did upgrade the king bed room but then expected me to switch for my two day stay. $40/day tip for valet seemed high and silly since lot was next to hotel. Pool was nice and restaurant and tiki bar good. "

"The staff at the reception was super nice. Grace gave us the room early as we arrived. Rooms are clean and spacious, and the area is very convenient for shopping. Would definetly come back in a future visit to Miami. "

Great get away!

"Very nice staff. They work hard to keep the property clean. Our bed was comfortable which is nice when traveling. Very close to the beach with great recommendation from staff. We were able to walk to near by restaurants and shops. Loved to location! "

"Very beautiful hotel service was great and all areas I love that the Balleu was 24 hours. I was just a little upset that the pool was being worked on on the top level. Other than that it was great. I wish I had more time there."
