The staff were good and friendly. The washrooms are very small. The shower heads and other stuffs are too old and dirty.

If i could share pictures, i would. There were blood stained blankets, some other stains on both comforters, and hairs with follicles on every single sheet. One of the beds had pills all over the sheet too. I stayed somewhere else. It felt gross, and didnt look like the pictures.

The closeness to Disney World was convenient and because it was west of there, the traffic coming back was greatly reduced.

Love Destiny Palms! Have stayed there several times. Comfortable beds, clean, friendly staff. Owner is a great guy. I accidentally lost my medication there when packing to leave. They found it. They called us and sent a message but we were on a cruise so I didn't get them. He held it for a few days and still had it for me when I got off the ship. Went back and picked it up now im good to go..

This hotel is tucked in on the back of a McDonalds with poor lighting which makes it very difficult to find, specially if you are coming late at night. There is not curb appeal at all, which made me wonder if I had made the right decision by picking this place to spend a night. Surprisingly, the inside was vey nice for such of a low budget hotel and the room was vey clean, with very comfortable bed and pillows and nice furniture. I just wanted to mention that I was a little bit upset with this gentleman behind the front desk counter, who seemed to be a manager or supervisor. I came to the counter just before I left to inform the front desk lady about a small leak in the bathroom and noticed how he was talking to her. He made her feel so uncomfortable in front of the guests that I felt so sorry for her. That poor lady was trying to do her job, and even if he thought she was not being very helpful or competent, that was not the place to talk to her in such a meaningful way. He was arrogant and despicable. I would stay in this hotel again for sure. I just hope they find better management! All employees deserve respect!

The bed was quite comfortable and the property was clean. The hotel is close to Disney parks and there are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. I couldn't figure out how to use the TV remote control to find programs I wanted.

This was a decent hotel, especially given the cost. This was an exceptionally affordable booking. The hotel was clean and everything worked like it was supposed to. The staff were nice, professional, and always available. The rooms were a bit dated, but that’s to be expected AND when you’re there to be out all day and just need a place to stay it fits the bill. Shower was always hot. AC and heat always worked and there’s a 7-11 and McDonalds within a minutes walk and everything else you could want on the main road. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect for a quick weekend away to Orlando. Room was clean, parking was great. Outlet by the sink didn’t work, but other than that, it was good.

The staff was amazing, so it pains me to leave a low rating. We saw 3 cockroaches in our room and was moved to a new room. The toilets in both rooms struggled to flush, but if you hold the handke the entite time it will flush. Rooms are small, bathroom is smaller, and shower is tiny. Theres also black mold??? And hard water stains on the frame of the shower door. Its clear they are working on improving their hotel and i have no doubt they will suceed. Trip taken January 2025.

Literally a unique experience - and hopefully the first and the last of its kind in my long history of local and international travel. Curtains in both rooms were ripped, one with huge open holes. The cover of the sink tap in first room fell off and the visible pipe was dirty. Access card had to be reactivated every day of my stay. Could not wait to leave. Will never return.
