Our major gripe about this “airport” hotel is that one has to access it via taxi or local bus. It is not served by the airport hotel shuttles. The hotel itself is fine although the range of dining options is limited.

This hotel was very affordable and clean. It is a generic business travel hotel in every way. So fine, spacious and a bit soulless. The only downside is that it is a complete pain in the neck to get to. I used the car service the hotel recommended, and it cost £65 for the drive from the hotel.

If I could give Marriott a zero-star rating, I would. They advertise many services that they don't actually provide, such as shuttle service, which is a major inconvenience. I arrived at 11 PM and was informed that they have a night menu. However, when I called room service to ask for that menu, they told me they didn’t have any food available. This was another misrepresentation. The service was miserable, and overall, I felt I didn't receive the quality expected from Marriott.

Why would they think no one wants to use the pool/hot tub/sauna on new years eve? Shut them down entirely too early, couldn't even get in a soak after 5 hours of travel from Dublin. Spicy marinara with arancini was ice cold. No tubs in bathrooms so couldn't even soak my swollen knee in my own room! Literally booked this hotel for the hot tub after a long travel day. Bed was uncomfortable too. Best part was being close to the airport for our 1315 flight so we didn't have to rush.

Poor rating because bed was terrible. It had a deep trench running down the mattress that made for an awful night’s sleep. I advised the front desk that no other guest should be assigned to the room until the mattress was replaced.
