"Quiet and spotless "

"Positives: Very close to train stations, walkable distance and flat for walking with luggage etc. Taxi from Euston was only £10, which was quite reasonable. Service was amazing, we turned up at hotel to drop luggage as it was 3 hrs before check in time and they said there was an available room, which we were extremely grateful of after a long journey. Room service was good and fast, even though they said they were really busy and there may be a wait. I dropped my wedding ring down the sink...

"The location was great, so much to explore in Covent Garden. Seven Dials Market is just steps away. I had 2 rooms booked, room with 2 single beds didn’t have a refrigerator, so that was a bit disappointing. Rooms were very clean and bed was comfortable. "

"We booked a room there with our 2 children to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had the nice surprise of being upgraded to the Royal Suite which was absolutely fantastic. The staff at reception was extremely nice and helpful, and gave us access to the lounge while our room was getting ready. Breakfast was amalzing too. All in all, a stay that we will remember for a very long time! "
