The shower and flush was not working. Hotel old. Says has 24 hr room service but none. The short guy manager was rude as our keycards were not working. He did not speak to us and was asking us to go to the room with hand signal and mumbling words. As I got back to the room, surprised that he was there already. Never said a word, he was checking out whether I know how to use the card well on the door because maybe my technique in tapping the door is not right. After I tapped the new keycards and successfully opened the door. He left without any word. Just very bad manner as a manager/ staff. One of the Indian lady in the reception that works at night time was nice. By morning she said she could have changed our room if she knew about it. We only found out that shower and flush not working at 1am and had to leave by 5am. Did not bother ringing as we were saving time to get more rest. Would have been a better experience if the room and amenities were working and the manager did not had to judge the customer for not using the keycards well.

Best Western are making good effort to get this hotel investment into a top quality traveller hotel. Original / previous owners have left the property to degrade significantly. Complete redevelopment is necessary and knowing Best Western throughout the world, they will make this prime location (London Heathrow) property a showpiece. Well done BW for taking on this investment.
