"The hotel was located in a pleasant area, we arrived around 6.30pm and was able to easily park in the hotel parking at the back of the hotel. On arrival in reception, it looked clean, tidy and well presented. However there was no staff around at all. We rang the desk bell a couple of times and no one appeared. "The executive apartment was excellent. Fresh, clean and had everything you needed. Only thing that we felt let it down was the face you had to run the ahower for about 10 mins before hot water came through. First morning, we had cold to lukewarm shower as we werent told of this until we enquired about it. Subsequent showers were better. Location was great. Very central to good amenities and tourist attractions . Would stay there again "

"This "hotel" is more like a building full of studio apartments. Having an actual closet and kitchen area was amazing in London, especially at this price. However, as I learned the hard way, reception isn't staffed after 6 at night. DO NOT lose your key. I had to book another hotel for the night because of not being able to get through to their emergency number (that may have been connectivity issues).
