"This Park Plaza is very big and busy. The elevators were OK in spite of the size. It is located in a very busy area of town and the bridge to Westminster was often very busy, hard to cross. The room was comfortable, but the lighting system was confusing. You need to sign up for a spot in the swimming pool. The pool is smaller than the pictures would indicate. The gym was fine. Some of the rooms look out on an indoor atrium and do not have much natural light. It is lacking a nice sit down...

"We were really impressed with the room - very modern controls, nice bathroom, nice bed. Loved it all except 1. No HDMI access to the TV - had to use Chromecast which isn't as good. 2.
