"We were given an upgrade on arrival and found ourselves in very comfortable accommodation with excellent facilities which extended our options and allowed us to make the most of our stay. We had stayed before in more standard accommodation and found it satisfactory but the additions that the upgrade gave us were excellent. "Well located. Waterloo Station is very convenient. The only issue was the fire alarm rang a few times. There was no public address system to let guests know it was a false alarm. If there was a PA system, they didn’t use it. Staff was friendly and easy to deal with. "
