"The location is great, on the edge of Covent Garden & Trafalgar Square. So convenient for the theatres too. The staff were fabulous, very friendly and helpful. I was staying after surgery and the staff were so accommodating. The coffee shop in reception was lovely and again the staff friendly and helpful. Room was a good size, bed was comfortable. We stayed in a twin room and lots of amenities. I would definitely stay again even though there is no restaurant or gym. Lots of good restaurants...

"It’s a pretty place. The in-room housekeeping staff works hard, but many of the desk staff could use some training. Ex, we didn’t have heat in our room and by the time someone followed through and attended to it after hours of us asking, it was too late and we were offered a heater. "Room was very spacious for London, furniture a bit worn but sturdy. Bathroom was very nice, shower and separate bath. Great location, only a few hundred meters from Embankment station. Good selection for breakfast, however we had to wait 15 minutes to get a seat on Sunday and it was chaotic, having to wait for items to be refilled, so would recommend getting to breakfast earlier on the weekends. "

"Our stay at the Park Plaza London Waterloo was fantastic. The location is ideal as it’s just in front of the Bakerloo Line, lots of buses around and just a tad away from Waterloo station. Lots of food options and very quiet and comfortable. The staff and facilities at the hotel were amazing, the room was super clean and comfortable, warm and cozy and the views were amazing. Breakfast was busy but nice and with plenty of options. We would definitely return to this hotel!"

"What an amazing hotel. Great size room with an excellent view of the river and the London Eye. Staff were friendly and attentive and the room was very clean. All the facilities you could need for a stay and a well-stocked mini bar as well as tea and coffee facilities. Will stay again!"
