"I have stayed here a couple of times and find it a great option when in London, especially when visiting with my family. The rooms are big enough and in good (not excellent as they are a bit older) condition. The service is exceptional and the breakfast is great. They city view rooms are amazing. It is located within walking distance of London Eye and the Southbank with all the restaurants."

"Hotel is well situated for tourism, but I might have preferred an area with more of a neighborhood feel. Our original room was an interior room and it was so dark that I couldn't even read with the lights on, so I had to upgrade to an exterior room.
