"This is THE ONLY place my family and I will stay in London going forward. We had the best view in London (The Tower of London) the most comfortable bed, the hotel is right next to the tube but what really makes it worth while is the staff. From surprise birthday balloons when we arrived to the nicest man who helped us at 5:30am. This staff actually cares about your experience. And that matters. 10/10!"

The hotel was clean, had a nice bar, the breakfast was very nice and the staff friendly and attentive. The room was sizeable, clean with a nice size bathroom as well.
