"Absolutely great location. Had a small issue with the toilet not flushing but by time we were back from breakfast it was fixed Staff really polite and breakfast was superb. Some great bars near hotel as well, only 5 min walk to Tower Hill Station. Highly recommend the hotel and location. Definitely be back. "

"Got an upgrade which was nice. Room was a decent size and well appointed. Free mini bar. Decent shower and plenty of sockets in the room for charging devices. Free safe too. Pretty quiet with little noise from adjoining rooms. Restaurant ok as hotels restaurants go although it’s being refurbished. Good location for access to Docklands and getting into town. Will definitely stay in it again. "
