"Overall my five nights stay in this hotel was great and will be back since my family lives there. Location is excellent. Front desk staff needed to be more patient. I have prepaid all my nights in the hotel with a third party. The lady in the front insisted that it was not prepaid, charged my husband's credit card. After being on a plane for 7 hours, all I wanted to do was rest. I should’ve listened to the other reviews that said they don’t honor their reservations. It’s completely true. "
