"This is my third stay and hopefully wont be the last. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean, quiet, spacious and well equipped. The staff are the most friendly, efficient and pleasant I have encountered in any London hotels, especially the doormen, the gentleman who was on duty at reception most days and the French lady at breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel"

"My friend and I stayed here when visiting the Lee Valley Velodrome. The location was perfect. We were just a short walk away from the velodrome and so near to the shopping centre and various transport options. Our room was perfect and the facilities allowed us to prepare a quick breakfast in our room before heading out for the day. The only reason I reduced the star rating to 4 for service is because when we returned to the hotel later in the day after leaving our luggage earlier, the lady on...
